An investment company from Houston has purchased the Riverside Place Shopping Center on more than 9 acres at 2410 E. Riverside Drive

The 13 year old, more than 101,000 square foot center is home to a soon to be vacant 60,000 square foot H-E-B Grocery store.  That portion will be demolished to become parking for the under construction, 125,000 - square foot  H-E-B Plus.

Other tenants in the Class - C, 93% leased center include Blockbuster Video, Wingstop, Mr. Gatti's, H&R Block and Joy East Cafe`.
